La tenuta della Cave du Cep si estende su una superficie di 7 ettari, situati in maggioranza sul territorio del comune di Cortaillod, reputato per i suoi pendii rivolti a sud e che si tuffano nel lago di Neuch\u00e2tel.<\/p>\n

Un sentiero apprezzato dai passeggiatori e di facile accesso dal Petit-Cortaillod, costeggiante sia il lago che il vigneto, permette di scoprire una porzione ancora selvatica delle sponde del lago.<\/span><\/p>\n

La nostra tenuta della Cave du Cep \u00e8 costituita principalmente da vitigni di Pino nero, per la produzione dei vini rossi, e da Chasselas per il vino bianco. Il Chardonnay ed il Pinot grigio ne completano la gamma.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abbiamo scelto il Guyot di media altezza come metodo di allevamento per la coltivazione della vite. Questo metodo di potatura e produzione permette di coniugare la produzione di uve di qualit\u00e0 e la razionalit\u00e0 del lavoro in vigna.
Gran parte di questi ultimi possono quindi essere meccanizzati. In collina tutti i lavori devono essere eseguiti a mano.<\/p>\n
