Specialty of Neuchâtel envied and copied in many areas, this wine is rosy and elaborate. Starting exclusively from Pinot noir, it acquires its characteristic dress thanks to a light maceration of the juice pressed with the pulp of the grape.

Available in bottles of 0,5 l and 0,75 l
