Pinot noir
Pinot noir is the only type of red wine which has the right to be labeled “A.O.C.” in Neuchâtel. This type of vine is also cultivated in Burgundy and has developed into several selections, one of which is the famous “Pinot noir of Cortaillod”.
Available in bottles of 0,5 l, 0,75 l and 1,5 l (see also special bottles).

Les 3 Diablotins
A convivial wine by excellence “the 3 Diablotins” is a subtile mixture of Pinot Noir, Garanoir and Gamaret.
A variety cultivated on the hillside vineyard of Cortaillod.
The ideal temperature is between 16 and 18°and highly recommended for beef filet or game meat.
Available in bottles of 0.75 l and 1.5 l.

This red wine has a deep color and a fruity, refined, and elegant bouquet. It pairs well with red meat, game, and cheese. It is made from the Galotta grape variety.
