An excellent choice for your get-togethers  this white from the “Cave du Cep” is made from the Chasselas wine.
Light and full of flavor, it is appreciated among friends. Complements white fish, or a traditional fondue.

The non-filtered is an elaborate white wine starting from the Chasselas grape. It is offered to the public the 3rd Wednesday of January every year. This is a young wine which is characterized by a light unrest that it is necessary to tame before being swallowed in order to appreciate all of the flavors in this specialty
