Chardonnay

Even if it is the white wine most cultivated in the world, Chardonnay is new to the soil  of Neuchâtel, but finds a climate close to that of its native Burgundy. The Chardonnay is produced like a specialty by the “Cave du Cep” in a limited space of 1300m2.

Blanc de Noir (Perdrix Blanche)

The fourth category of Pinot noir, this white wine’s golden color is obtained by a fast pressing and without maceration of the red grapes. It is also an exclusive wine to Neuchâtel.

Pinot Gris

This Pinot Gris comes from the “La Tuillère” plot located in the heart of the Cortaillod hillside. It is a white wine that is slightly higher in alcohol content and more full-bodied than the other white wines from Cave du Cep.
